The Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Apprenticeship is designed for experienced care professionals who want to take on leadership and supervisory roles. It’s ideal for those aiming to lead teams, improve care quality, and drive best practices within adult social care settings.

The apprenticeship focuses on the following course content:

Knowledge
