The Employability course is designed to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours learners need to succeed in the workplace, further education and everyday life. Through a structured programme of learning, learners build professional communication skills, teamwork, confidence, resilience and self-awareness, while developing practical employability skills such as CV writing, job searching, interview techniques and customer service. The course embeds key themes including equality, diversity and inclusion, safeguarding, health and safety, wellbeing, digital skills, Maths and English, ensuring learners understand workplace expectations and professional conduct. Learning is highly practical and reflective, real-world scenarios and target setting to support progression into employment, training, volunteering or further study.
