Unit 1 – Dealing with routine and non-routine waste
In this unit learners will understand how to handle, deal with and transfer routine and non-routine waste
Unit 2 – Health and safety for the cleaning and support services industry
In this unit learners will gain an understanding of health and safety legislation and how to work safely
Unit 3 – Working with customers and others in the cleaning and support services industry
This unit is about communicating politely and effectively with customers and working with others when performing cleaning tasks
Unit 9 – Cleaning of interiors and washrooms
This unit requires learners to be able to work efficiently, carry out the necessary cleaning checks including assessing the areas to be cleaned and selecting the most suitable tools and equipment for the tasks
