Building Confidence.
Developing Skills.
Creating Futures.
Forge is a different kind of college programme for young people who are ready for a fresh approach.
If you are unsure what you want to do next, need a change from your current course, or want to build your confidence before moving on, Forge gives you the chance to explore your options in a supportive and practical environment.
You will take part in hands-on activities, work with employers, try different vocational areas, build skills for work and develop a clear plan for what comes next.

What makes Forge different?
Forge is not just about sitting in a classroom.
Your programme could include:
- Opportunities to explore different careers and industries
- Practical projects and challenges
- Vocational tasters
- Employer visits and workplace experiences
- Careers coaching and one-to-one support
- Confidence and personal development
- Team and community projects
- Employability and work-readiness skills
Where could Forge take you?
Forge is designed to help you take your next step with confidence.
That could be:
- A full-time college course
- A different vocational pathway
- An Apprenticeship
- Employment
- Further training
You do not need to have your future mapped out before you start. Forge will help you explore your options and work out what is right for you.
