This course develops the knowledge and skills needed to understand customers better. You will learn how to create accurate customer profiles, assess building energy use, and prepare effective installation plans inclusive of strategies to mitigate any potential impact. You will gain practical skills in calculating property energy requirements and master the art of presenting design proposals professionally, including clear justifications, timelines, costs, and essential aftercare guidance.The course is 3 days or 2 eveings per week over 5 weeks
