Skills Bootcamp – Introduction to Property Maintenance

Course Summary

Learn property maintenance in a friendly, hands on course. Build confidence with basic repair work including, plastering, tiling, decorating, health and safety and get ready for work in repairs, decorating and general building maintenance.

Learners will develop core property maintenance skills, including basic plumbing, minor repairs, decorating preparation, health and safety, use of tools, and fault identification. The programme focuses on practical, multi-trade skills commonly required in domestic and commercial property maintenance settings, preparing learners for entry-level roles or further trade training.

Entry Requirements

You will not require previous knowledge in the subject. You must have a good level of English including reading, writing, speaking and listening. You will need a willingness to learn and the intention to move into employment.
