NEW Online Baking and Crafting Courses Available

Stoke on Trent College has announced brand new family learning baking and crafting courses, designed specifically for parents/grandparents/carers of children aged 5 to 10 years old.

These courses run online (via Zoom) and are available completely FREE OF CHARGE!

We will be offering two specific courses:

Craft Works – These sessions will enable you to get creative and make craft-based items using a variety of simple household items, such as cardboard animals and egg box flowers.

Bake-in – These sessions will enable you to inspire your children to become interested in baking. The course will be taught using tried and tested, simple and satisfying recipes and will promote healthy eating, using hygienic and safe baking methods.

Full support is provided by email and the online learning resources, guidance, recipes and instructions can be adapted where required. Resources required for each session will be emailed to you at least 48 hours before the session to enable you to gather the resources necessary.

To take part in the course you will require access to the internet via a mobile device – phone, tablet, laptop or computer.

Each course will run for a total of ten hours and will be delivered 10am – 12 noon on the following dates:
